  1. Warranty
    Service interruptions may occur, and we are not liable for such events. We make every effort to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
  1. Important
  • Cloning files sent by us or installing lines on more than one receiver is strictly prohibited. This constitutes a breach of contract and will result in termination without refund.
  • Any account found with double logins or reshare activity will be suspended without refund.
  • By subscribing to our servers, you accept these terms and cannot dispute them after agreeing.
  1. General Provisions
    4.1. By using Cccamteam.com, you agree to the terms of this agreement. We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice. Changes take effect once published on the website.
    4.2. Emails will be responded to within 24 hours.
    4.3. Installation and configuration support, if needed, will be provided remotely via TeamViewer.
    4.4. Your C-lines or CCcam.cfg file will be delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation (typically within 5 minutes).
    4.5. PPV access is included as a complimentary service but is not guaranteed.
  1. Restriction of Use
    5.1. Accounts may not be used until activated or after deactivation.
    5.2. Users are not allowed to use more than one tuner per account unless authorized.
    5.3. Programs like OpenBoxShare or WSP are prohibited.
    5.4. Simultaneous channel viewing (e.g., twin receivers, DVB cards, PIP) is not allowed unless permitted.
    5.5. Users must disconnect from expired accounts.
    Note: For multiple tuners, register a separate account for each tuner.
  1. Payments
    We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Paysafe, and Cryptocurrency.
  1. Delivery
    Upon payment confirmation, account setup will begin immediately. Typically, you’ll receive an email with your C-lines within 5 minutes.
    7.1. Orders are processed chronologically. Delays may occur during high-demand periods.
    7.2. Test lines (48 hours) are delivered instantly.
    7.3. If a subscription is paid for before a test period ends, the subscription will begin after the test expires, and additional lines may be issued.
  1. Cancellations / Returns Policy
    8.1. Refunds can be requested within 30 days of purchase. Weekends and holidays are included.
    8.2. Refund requests will be processed within 24 hours.
    8.3. Refunds are not applicable for issues with your receiver or system.
    8.4. Refunds are only approved if the service quality differs from the promised test server performance.
    8.5. Test accounts are not eligible for refunds.
    8.6. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
  1. Reshare Policy
    9.1. Resharing is only allowed with prior permission or if a reshare package is purchased.
  1. Account Renewal
    10.1. Accounts are billed based on their activation date.
    10.2. Accounts not renewed within 4 days after deactivation will be suspended.
    10.3. Accounts not renewed within 6 days after suspension will be terminated.
    10.4. Renewal reminders are sent 7 days before expiration.
